Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between YAL GROUP IS MAKINELERI ITHALAT VE IHRACAT LIMITED SIRKETI (“YAL GROUP IS MAKINELERI ITHALAT VE IHRACAT LIMITED SIRKETI”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the Magic Play apps, including any related products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).
Accounts and Membership
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using the Mobile Application and agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm and represent that you meet this age requirement.
If you create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining its security and all activities associated with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in account termination. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you, including damages resulting from such acts. If we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or harmed our reputation, we may suspend, disable, or delete your account. Accounts deleted for such reasons may not be re-registered, and we reserve the right to block your email and IP address to prevent further access.
User Content
We do not claim ownership of any data, information, or material (“Content”) that you submit while using our Services. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your submitted Content.
While we have no obligation to monitor Content, we may review and remove it at our discretion if it violates policies or is deemed harmful.
Your use of the Mobile Application grants us a limited license to access, store, reformat, and display your Content solely to provide the Services. This license does not include rights for commercial or marketing use without your explicit consent.
Billing and Payments
All fees and charges must be paid in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of payment. If Services include a free trial, payments may be required after the trial period ends.
Payments are securely processed using SSL-encrypted communication, and regular scans for malware are conducted to ensure security. High-risk transactions may require verification, such as government-issued ID or bank statements.
We reserve the right to change product pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion. Notifications of such changes may be sent to the email or phone number provided during the order process.
Accuracy of Information
Occasionally, information within the Mobile Application may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and update information without prior notice.
No update or refresh date applied within the Mobile Application should be interpreted as an indication that all information is up-to-date unless explicitly stated.

By using third-party services linked through the Mobile Application, you acknowledge that their terms and conditions govern your use of those services. We disclaim liability for third-party content, data handling practices, or interactions between you and third-party providers.
You waive any claim against us for damages resulting from your use of such services.
Backups
While we perform regular backups for administrative purposes, we do not guarantee that backups will be complete or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups.
We do not provide compensation for data loss resulting from failed backups.

This Mobile Application may contain links to third-party applications. These links do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of linked applications. Your use of third-party applications is at your own risk, and you should review their legal terms and conditions.
Advertisements
During use of the Mobile Application, you may interact with advertisements or promotions. Any correspondence, purchases, or interactions with advertisers are strictly between you and the advertiser. We disclaim liability for disputes arising from such interactions.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Mobile Application or its Content for:
- Illegal activities or solicitation.
- Violating regulations or intellectual property rights.
- Harassment, discrimination, or harm to others.
- Uploading harmful code or tracking others’ personal information.
- Spamming, phishing, or circumventing security measures.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The Mobile Application and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you assume all risks associated with Service use.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the one month preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Mobile Application or your Content.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Istanbul, Turkey. All disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts, and you waive any right to a jury trial.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement. Updates will be effective upon posting in the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of changes.
Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Mobile Application or its Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
