Introduction

These Reward System & Promotional Event Rules (“Rules”) govern (a) the Magic Bucks reward program, through which users earn Magic Bucks by completing eligible in-game activities, and (b) the promotional events and randomized reward systems available within mobile games published by Magic Play Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Magic Play”, “Sponsor”), a limited company established under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, registered at Altinova Mah. 518 Sok. Sama Buttim Is Merkezi No:1, Osmangazi, Bursa 16250, Türkiye. These systems may be used across different Magic Play games, including Push Party.

By participating in eligible in-game events, users agree to these Rules, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

Magic Play games are designed as entertainment experiences and do not provide real-money gambling, betting, or wagering services.

No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY to participate in eligible promotional events or reward systems.

Participation in these systems is completely free and may, in some cases, be accessible through optional ad viewing.

In-game purchases do not increase a user’s chances of receiving rewards in promotional systems and do not provide preferential treatment or unfair advantages to any user.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to users who:

• reside in supported countries,
• comply with these Rules and applicable laws.

Participation may be restricted where prohibited by law.

Reward Systems & Promotional Events

Magic Play games may include various promotional events and randomized reward systems, including but not limited to:

• Number Draw
• Lucky Draw
• Magic Spin
• Scratch Card
• Prize Wheel

These systems are intended for entertainment and promotional purposes only and do not involve real-money gambling, betting, or wagering.

For each scheduled draw event (including Number Draw and Lucky Draw), the event screen within the game displays the start and end date and time of the draw period, the rewards or reward pool available, and any entry limits per user. These in-game disclosures form part of these Rules for the applicable event.

Number Draw

Users may select numbers and participate in scheduled promotional draws.

At the end of each draw period, winning numbers are randomly selected by the system.

Users with matching numbers may receive Magic Bucks rewards. Users without matching numbers may receive consolation rewards.

The chance of receiving a reward may vary depending on the number of participants and event conditions.

Lucky Draw

Lucky Draw events generate random numbers for eligible users.

At the end of the event period, winning numbers are randomly selected.

Matching users may receive Magic Bucks rewards, while non-winning users may receive consolation rewards.

Instant & Randomized Reward Systems

Magic Spin, Scratch Card, and Prize Wheel may contain randomized reward mechanics.

Reward outcomes are randomly determined and may vary between users or events.

These systems may provide:

• Magic Bucks,
• in-game coins,
• bonus rewards,
• consolation rewards.

Reward probabilities for these systems are published in the “Reward Probabilities (Odds)” section below. These values may vary between events and may be updated when necessary.

Reward Probabilities (Odds)

The reward probabilities for instant randomized systems are published below. Odds of winning a scheduled draw (Number Draw, Lucky Draw) depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable draw period.

These probabilities apply on both the Apple App Store and Google Play versions.

Reward distribution when a match occurs:

No-match reward: 500 Magic Bucks.

Prize Wheel — Reward Probabilities

Rewards & Redemption

Magic Bucks are promotional reward points earned through eligible gameplay activities and promotional systems.

Magic Bucks:

• cannot be purchased directly,
• have no cash value until redeemed,
• cannot be used for betting or wagering.

Redemption for PayPal Gift Cards. Users whose Magic Bucks balance meets or exceeds the applicable redemption threshold may redeem Magic Bucks for a PayPal gift card, subject to these Rules. The current redemption threshold and the conversion rate between Magic Bucks and reward value are displayed at all times on the in-game redemption screen.

Rate Changes. Magic Play may adjust the redemption threshold or conversion rate for future earnings. Any such change will not apply retroactively to Magic Bucks already earned before the change takes effect.

How to Redeem. Reward claims must be submitted via the email address registered to the user’s account. Claims submitted from any other email address will be rejected.

Regional Availability. Available rewards, redemption options, and reward-fulfillment methods may vary depending on the user’s country or region.

No Income Opportunity. Magic Play games are entertainment products. Reward amounts vary by user, activity, and event and are not guaranteed. Magic Play games are not an employment, income, or investment opportunity.

Winner Selection

Draw results and randomized reward outcomes are determined by an automated random selection system operated by Magic Play. For scheduled draws, winners are selected at the end of the draw period from all eligible entries. The reward pool and draw period for each event are shown on the event screen.

The chance of receiving a reward may vary depending on:

• number of participants,
• event settings,
• reward pools,
• event duration.

Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

Magic Play reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate participation for users engaging in:

• multiple account abuse,
• VPN/proxy abuse,
• bot or automation usage,
• emulator abuse,
• manipulation of promotional systems,
• unauthorized software usage,
• fraudulent or misleading behavior.

Any rewards obtained through abusive behavior may be revoked.

Account Verification

Before certain rewards or redemption requests are processed, users may be required to verify their identity, age, eligibility, or account security (for example, confirming the registered email address).

As part of fraud prevention and security processes, users may also be required to complete additional tasks or verification steps.

Failure to complete verification requirements may result in reward cancellation or account restrictions.

Taxes

Rewards may be taxable depending on the user’s jurisdiction, and users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. For U.S. residents, Magic Play may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before fulfilling rewards where the total value of rewards received by that user in a calendar year reaches USD 600.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Magic Play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotional events, reward systems, or promotional activities at any time for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.

Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these Rules limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available to users under the laws of their country of residence.
